Takeru is a high school student living in a small rural town, struggling with feelings he can't share with anyone.

His classmates are obsessed with female idols and gravure models, while the adults around him believe that marriage and family are the ultimate happiness.

Feeling different from everyone else and desperate to leave town, Takeru’s life takes an unexpected turn when Koutarou, his childhood friend, transfers to his school just before summer break.

Koutarou, a warm-hearted and physically strong judo enthusiast, soon becomes a part of Takeru’s daily life, stirring feelings in him he never expected.

“As long as there’s one person who truly cares about you, that place becomes your home.”

Studied illustration at Pratt Institute in New York (did not complete the program). Made a manga debut in December 1995 in the magazine "Barazoku" (February 1996 issue).

Later, while working as an illustrator, published the three-volume series *Milk* from Furukawa Shobo.

Continued to release works through magazines such as *Badi* and is currently publishing the ongoing *Geshuku no Oniisan*, with six volumes released so far.

Also serializing *Genta wa Ore ga Suki* in the magazine *Samson*.

The work *Kimi no Senaka*, produced by South Korea’s 6699press, has been published in Korea and Taiwan and is currently being serialized as an e-book in France, with a print edition planned.

Additionally, active in the musical duo *Kuro to Ao* with cali≠gari guitarist Ao Sakurai.
