Refund policy
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, an item damaged during delivery, or an item different from your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
After reviewing the condition, we will take one of the following actions:
- Exchange for a replacement item (if stock is available)
- Return and refund if a replacement is not available
Shipping costs for returns due to defects or incorrect delivery will be covered by our museum.

* When contacting us, please include your order number, product name, and details of the issue. If possible, please attach photos.
Returns Due to Customer Preference (e.g. Change of Mind or Size)
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened and unused
- You contact us within 30 days of receiving the item
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
* Exchanges for customer preference reasons are not accepted.
* Refunds will be processed within up to 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Return (Except for Initial Defects)
- Opened or used items
- Items missing accessories, tags, or original packaging
- Items showing stains, damage, or odor transfer
- Items returned without prior contact
- Made-to-order items, electrical products after use, and sale it
