Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or soiled due to customer negligence. Thank you for your understanding.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to shipping, please contact us via the inquiry form within one week of receiving your order. When contacting us, please have your order number and product name ready. After confirming the returned item, we will exchange it for a new one. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss return and refund options.

・We do not accept exchanges for the same item; however, for certain products, exchanges for a different color or size may be possible.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings, swimwear, underwear, shoes, or socks due to hygiene reasons.
・Please try on clothing indoors while keeping the original tags attached. When returning an item, it must be placed in its original packaging with tags attached. For clothing that must be pulled over the head, please use a scarf or similar covering to prevent contact with the face and hair.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges for used items. The following conditions will be considered used:
・Signs of wear or damage that cannot occur from simple try-ons (e.g., wrinkles, stains, scuffed soles).
・Presence of perfume, tobacco odor, makeup stains, or any other foreign residue.
・Fashion lucky bags (Fukubukuro) are non-exchangeable for any reason. Due to the nature of these products, refunds will only be issued in cases where the item has a defect or damage. Refunds for customer preference will not be accepted.

Returns cannot be accepted if the product is canceled, returned, or exchanged at the customer's discretion, or if the product is damaged or damaged due to the customer's responsibility.

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect during delivery, please contact us using the inquiry form within one week after the product arrives. Please have your order number and product name ready. After checking the product returned by the customer, we will exchange it for a non-defective product. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will contact you regarding a return/refund.

・We do not accept exchanges for the same product, but some products may be exchanged for a different color or size.
・Pierced earrings, swimwear, underwear, shoes, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons.
・Please try it on indoors with the product tag on. When returning the item, please put it in the original packaging and attach the product tag. Also, please cover your face and head with a scarf when trying on products that are worn over your head.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges of used products. The following items are considered used.
・Things with wear and damage (wrinkles, dirt on the sole, scratches on the sole, etc.) that cannot be caused by trying on.・Items with odors such as perfume or cigarettes, or makeup stains such as foundation.
・Fashion lucky bags cannot be exchanged for any reason. Due to the nature of the product, refunds will only be made if the product is defective or damaged. We do not accept refunds due to customer convenience.
