About Delivery
Domestic Delivery (Japan)
- Orders will be shipped via Yamato Transport within 2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by region and are typically 1–3 days after shipment.
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or traffic circumstances.
- A tracking number will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.
- Changes to the shipping address or shipping method cannot be accepted after order confirmation.
- If an order is returned to us due to prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and fees incurred for both the original shipment and the return. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.
International Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Japan.

- Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country or region and is typically 1–3 weeks.
- Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions or customs clearance procedures.
- A tracking number will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country or region. These charges may be collected during customs clearance or upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
