Refund Policy

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, an item damaged during shipping, or an item different from your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product.

After reviewing the condition of the item, we will proceed with one of the following options:

  • Replacement with a non-defective item (if available)
  • Return and refund if a replacement is not available

Return shipping costs for defective/incorrect items will be covered by us.

Please include your order number, product name, and a description of the issue. If possible, please attach photos.

Returns for Customer Convenience (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • You contact us within 15 days of receiving the item
  • The return shipping cost is paid by the customer

* Exchanges are not accepted for customer convenience returns.
* Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items Not Eligible for Return (Except for Initial Defects)

  • Opened or used items
  • Items missing accessories, tags, or original packaging
  • Items with stains, damage, odors, or other signs of use
  • Items returned without prior contact
  • Made-to-order items, electrical products after use, and sale items
