Domestic Delivery (Japan)
- Orders will be shipped via Yamato Transport within 2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by region and are typically 1–3 days after shipment.
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or traffic circumstances.
- A tracking number will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.
- Changes to the shipping address or shipping method cannot be accepted after order confirmation.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
International Delivery

- Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country or region and is typically 1–3 weeks.
- Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions or customs clearance procedures.
